After five years of long battle with Covid lockdown/slowdown, council red tapes and unclear process, our rooftop garden project has finally completed with a pleasant result. Throughout the years Hashim Nasser and his Refresh Renovations Team worked with the local council, the town planner, the architecture designer and various tradesmen. Hashim's main role is project management. He has involved throughout the design and documentation preparation for the DA & CC phases. He organised and coordinated various trades at the implement phase. At early stage I lived interstate and I relied on him to talk to the council and to interact with the town planner and the architecture designer. Due to the prolonged length of the project his time spent on our little project and the number of visits he paid to our home are enormous and certainly unparalleled to the project size. What I appreciate most is his year after year's continuous professional commitment, despite the small size of our project (hence small profit). At the implement stage there were a couple small variations he kindly did not charge us. Thank you, Hashim and the team!
