I am a very happy customer. Vipin and his wife Kiran are amazing. The communications with them are so easy and comfortable! They understand exactly what I need. After a few quotes, Vipin is one of the two businesses who let me know what types of tiles we have and we don’t need to paint our roof. Among the two businesses Vipin is the one understood what I want and accommodate my needs also making sure my roof can be cleaned perfectly. After a few negotiations he resent a quote with everything I wanted and offered me a great price. They fixed everything for us! They also offer long time warranty as well. I cannot speak higher of this company - they were brilliant. They assisted me so quickly when I needed help. The house we had purchased had 52 broken tiles and was leaking onto our new carpet. They understood the urgency and came out straight away for me. They spent days and days on my roof, in rain and wind and also the boiling heat! They used Dulux and my roof looks brand new. Dont ever do the mistake of contracting roof restoration to them Most of the customers are from Indian community that entrust him to do work, however inspite of charging a premium rate, the business cuts corners them in various ways. They hasten the work and dont ensure that quality work is done Also most of the staff are young students who do not care about providing quality work; rather than professionals who have been in the business for long Most customers do not understand exactly how roof work is actually done and so this business takes advantage of them 1. Uses sub-standard quality material instead of the promised Dulux paints 2. Does not apply the promised 2 coats and does not apply them evenly 3. Hastens the work and probably will apply the second coat immediately 30 minutes after first coat and hence will not allow time to cure 4. The restoration work is shoddy and after 2 years, the mortar on the ridge caps starts falling apart. This is because its already put on old mortar If you are reading this, dont ever to the mistake of hiring them. They will charge a lot and at the same time deliver sub-standard work
