I needed to get a rusted section of my pool fence fixed . It was an awkward and small job. Ash came to my house and gave me my options and we cooperatively came up with a solution and what I thought was a fair price. On the day , they needed to double the materials used because the other fence panel wasn’t lining up properly. Ash could have used a cheap solution but he opted for the more correct solution of replacing the other panel too and he kindly absorbed the cost . This was volunteered by Ash . Corey and Ash delivered a perfect solution for me and were a pleasure to deal with. They definitely cared about doing a good job and I would definitely use them again. Thanks Ash !

I want to share my experience with Repairmyfences. From the very beginning, I found them here and checked their reviews. I couldn’t find a single complaint, which gave me confidence to give them a call. They didn’t answer straight away, but Ash called me back in less than an hour and organised a free inspection. He arrived exactly on time, which honestly surprised me because the other two companies I contacted changed their inspection times a couple of times. Ash was very friendly and polite, and he gave me helpful advice on site. The next day, I received a very reasonable quote. This was amazing because the other two companies had come a week earlier, and only one of them sent a quote after many follow-up calls. To be honest, I believe being on time, accurate, and polite is more important — even if it costs $100 more. It saves you from a lot of stress later. On installation day, the team arrived on time, were very professional and polite, finished the job as promised, and left the site clean and tidy. I’m very happy with their work. If you don’t want headaches from trades who are late for inspections or slow to send quotes, choose a team like this — on time, polite, reliable, and trustworthy, even if it costs a little bit more.
