Chad saved us! After being ambushed by the recent hailstorm that hit parts of Sydney we were inundated with water . Water running down walls from gutters blocked by hailstones. Carpets and floors were soaked. Chad and assistant were able to come out immediately ( Saturday just before midnight )then returned the next night to take readings and assessment and put our minds at rest. He installed multiple different sorts of “dying machines “ immediately. His knowledge and experience with insurance claims and companies really took a lot of stress away from what felt like a disaster at the time. Totally professional and amazingly effective. My place was dry in a few days . 100 % recommended.

Unreliable. Didn’t turn up, don’t answer phone. Booked carpet cleaning a week out for end of lease. Timing was important. Drove 2 hours to meet them at the property. Waiting 3 hours for them to turn up, rang their “24 hour line” 10 times. Eventually got an automated message that they running late and be another 2-3 hours. Waited another 3 hours, still didn’t turn up. Called and called - no response. Ended up ringing another company who came and sorted within 25min.
