Steve is an absolute legend. Our transmission slipped leaving our car stuck in the middle of the road at 8pm on a Friday. Steve arrived within 15 minutes - was extremely kind and professional and was also able to recommend a few mechanics that could assist us. We are very grateful for the help!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you. My car broke down at a busy intersection in Lane Cove last night, and while I managed to move it to a nearby side street, it was still a stressful situation. Mark from Roadside Recovery noticed something was wrong and stopped to check in. He was incredibly calm, kind, and helpful, offering clear advice on what to do next, like contacting my insurance and organising a tow through them. He was even able to give me an idea of what the issue might be. I’ve had past experiences where I’ve felt pressured by mechanics to pay for things I didn’t need, so I really appreciated that Mark was genuinely looking out for me and making sure I didn’t get taken advantage of (like unnecessarily replacing the battery). Although I didn’t end up using their towing services, I’m so grateful that he took the time to stop and help, with no expectation of anything in return. That kind of honesty and kindness goes a long way, thank you again!
