We have signed our PPA yesterday with Ross North but based on my experience in the market I strongly recommend Ross North their commitment towards their clients is commendable and we are lucky that's we met Patrick Cheng and he really worked hard with us to get onboarded not because he is earning percentage on it but because he really cares about his clients. So I highly recommend Ross North and Patrick Cheng😊👍

Really really REALLY difficult comms. If u exchange 500k with this company, don’t expect a site supervisor who u can contact with questions about your build. A site supervisor who sees it important TO correspond with their client. Instead. Phone a receptionist, leave a highly detailed message MAYBE get put through to someone else, to repeat allllll of the details again. Then…. Wait. And wait. And then phone back to see if there’s any update. If this suits your tolerance level when information needs to be exchanged, great. I’m sure when instalments need paying they will call. But have a look at my attached photo, of a job that’s been reported TO the site supervisor of this Ross North build in Jindee… way back in August 2025… the damage to my limestone wall that is breaking the security on my home… that still awaits any correspondence … let alone repairs. The ‘processes’ behind the scenes is not in my curiosity… action and results are! Especially from neighbour contact siting inconvenience from their slow completion of works (or diligence on their impact on neighbours) causing five months of inconvenience.
