We recently engaged Rossmark with helping us extend our second storey house. When we started the process of finding a local builder we turned to friends in the shire and often when you ask if they have recommendations for builders, the answer is "no" followed by a story of renovation disasters. However, the name Rossmark kept popping up as an outlier with recommendations from friends who had worked with them first hand and friends of friends who had engaged with them and were really happy. At the conclusion of our project I now understand why customers of Rossmark sing their praises. Everyone on the Rossmark team is easy to work with, exceptionally professional and just really genuine people who care. We worked with Peter on our design and quote. He answered hundreds of questions, always with a smile and his experience clearly showed in how easily he answered and made many valuable recommendations to how we should proceed. When the build was under way, Glen our project manager made sure to keep us informed each week with a progress call. His attention to detail and the standard in which he holds his trades to was exceptional. The trades at our house, especially the Rossmark team of builders were wonderful and treated our house and space with so much respect as we were living there while the build was underway. In particular Jason and Jordan were so lovely and pleasant to work with for months. Our project hit a few delays with council, but Rossmark handled everything on their side. As frustrating as the delays were, I'm so grateful we were with Rossmark as they took all the headache away for us. At the beginning, Rossmark were neither the cheapest quote we received nor the most expensive one. But I'm glad we went with Rossmark and spent a little more because the process was so positive and we are so happy with the final result. If you're looking for a great shire builder, then Rossmark is the group to go with. I loved that they work with lots of local trades and have great relationships with the local suppliers.

Having just moved from the country to Sydney we found the best way to find a builder to renovate our 1950s family home was to speak with people in the local area who have had similar renovations done and find out who they used and were they happy with the results and service, as we were managing the renovations from 600 kilometres away. Rossmark was the name we were given. After looking at a few of their houses, we looked no further and have not been disappointed. From the initial meeting will Peter until the final stages of the project we have been impressed by their professionalism, patience, kindness, attention to detail and inclusion in all discussions.
