The Rinnai Infinity 24 hot water system was getting on at 27 years old & hot water flow was a bit intermittent so we decided to get a quote to replace it and called Rozelle Plumbing via the Heater Shop as an authorized Rinnai supplier as they are a local business. Susan on the phone was very helpful and organized a visit for the next day, and Gabe and Brad arrived on time as committed with a call & message in advance. They reviewed the existing installation and had a quote worked up in 10 or 15 minutes for a replacement with a new Infinity 26, or optionally a service. The decision was made to replace the unit as they advised the new unit which they had on board could have installation completed in 2 hours with new water & gas shut offs & using the existing temperature controller, plus supply materials & dispose of the old unit. Within 2 hours it was completed & tested & cleaned up as committed. All done, great work & thank you Rozelle Plumbing, Gabe & Brad for the great service with excellent communication.
