Edited. 2 days later. Feels like customer care done the right way. After my first review about the not-so-great car wash and my interaction with the owner (I later realised he was actually the manager), I was contacted by the owner himself. He listened to my concerns and genuinely seemed sorry about my experience. He offered me a complimentary wash to make up for my average experience last time. They haven’t even finished the complimentary wash yet, but the attention to customer satisfaction has already impressed me enough to change my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Honestly, it feels more like a 4.5-star experience now. It’s refreshing to see a business actually listen to feedback and make an effort to put things right. Disappointed with the poor cleaning service and the owner’s attitude I left my car here for cleaning yesterday and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. From the beginning, I felt uncomfortable with the owner repeatedly trying to upsell me on a bug treatment. When I returned to collect the car, I noticed several marks and smudges, and the seats had not been properly cleaned either. What was more frustrating was the owner’s attitude when I tried to point these things out. He repeatedly ignored my concerns and walked away while I was trying to show him the areas that had been left unclean, including the doors and parts of the exterior. Instead of addressing the cleaning issues, he suggested that the car needed polishing, even though some of the marks and dust could simply be wiped off by hand. He eventually reduced the bill from $90 to $70, seemingly hoping that the discount would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it didn't. Overall, it felt like a waste of both my time and money. The quality of the cleaning was below expectations, and the way my concerns were handled made the experience even more disappointing.

I had a terrible experience. I had a premium wash which cost me AUD 75.00, and I had to clean the car again when I got home because it was so dirty. I could have done a better job myself.

Great experience at RR Car Wash! The team did an excellent job and paid attention to every detail. My car came out looking extremely clean and fresh, both inside and outside. The staff were friendly, professional, and the service was quick and efficient. Really happy with the quality of the work and definitely worth the money. Highly recommend RR Car Wash! I paid $70 for the exterior 4WD car wash. I used the same service with another providers twice in the last three months and it only cost me about $50. RR car wash's quality of wash obviously way less than what they charge. They are not even keen to get the business - Disappointed.

Poor customer service. Trying to sell more expensive service that was not suitable for me. Not sure the Indian guy I talked to was the manager or just staff anyway horrible client service. Asked if car wash could be done in 1.5 hrs then he said no then walked away. No sorry or offering alternative time. Just said No then turned away. What a service. If the business owner sees this review, you need to find other staff to deal with clients. He will make your business lose many clients.
