Awesome service from the moment we went to the showroom to the final installation Ang in the showroom was super helpful in helping with finalised the specs and pairing us with an excellent installation team, Lee Best of LB Windows.. We replaced all (22 ) of our existing windows and doors so it was a big job for the installers - they completed removal and installation within 5 days with no fuss. The end result is a high quality product that has improved the function, look, noise and heat/cool insulation. Highly recommended.

If you need windows don't bother looking elsewhere. Having done 3 Renos with Rylock these are the best windows you can find re product, service and support. Everyone from installers to service to support are outstanding. And they are actually made in Australia. That's right ! With trades being a challenge in Sydney dealing with Adrienne and the rest of the team at Rylock and their installers gives you a sense of peace of mind it's done and done right. Every time. When they first came to measure up, they had answers for all the potential problems I identified, which gave us the confidence to go ahead with the replacements.
