We recently used SRA, and impressed is an understatement. From the initial contact before pre-pack, and throughout the actual move, the attention to detail and care in packing and unpacking was evident. Ben coordinated our move, and like an expensive Swiss watch his professionalism and exceptional customer focus was evident from the moment he alighted from the truck, right up until Ben and his colleagues finished the move. Highly recommended!

This company is rude and unhelpful. They also charge a minimum of 4 hours + transport for every move. I shipped the same furniture to two separate apartments both with stairs for 50% of what these guys charge to move to a storage facility. Note there are only 5 star ratings. They delete everything else. Do not use them.

We booked Safe Removalist for a local move from Castle Hill to Kellyville. The guys we amazing, moved very fast but handled our stuff carefully. Overall brilliant service for a very reasonable price. I hate moving but this company certainly helped relieve a lot of the stress. Won't ever use anyone else. Highly recommend them!!!

I moved a 3 bedroom house from Blue Mtns to mid nth coast nsw- 6 hr truck trip and then return. I got quotes for my move from large organisations and more local. Reviews for larger companies were generally disappointing re claims and customer service. I hadn’t heard of SAFE REMOVALISTS but their reviews were consistently good. They sent a team to assess. They answered all my questions. They stuck to their quote. They stored overnight as part of the quote. They wrapped furniture in blankets and plastic. Large valuable art pieces similarly treated. On the day, they texted their arrival and were on time. The young men were efficient friendly and listened to any special requests. They cleverly built a bridge with their ramp from the top of the steps to the truck to reduce workload. I had lots of garden pots and plants. No damage to goods or property. It was an exceptionally positive experience and I can’t recommend SAFE REMOVALS highly enough.

These guys are awful. Passive aggressive, unhelpful & rude. Beware - they do not use moving trucks - they use shipping containers. This means they send your stuff by train & really have no idea when it will be delivered. It was impossible to get updates. When I tried to get in touch they either did not reply or were really dismissive of me simply wanting to know when my furniture would arrive. The whole company should undertake training in kindness. Most of the actual guys who did the work were nice but there is a massive management issue at this company. Honestly - for the $12k it cost to move from Melbourne to Brisbane it was shocking service. It is stressful enough moving. Do yourself a favour & find another company who actually puts the costumer first.

The guys from Safe Removalists were absolutely fabulous. I would never use anyone else again. Not one thing was broken and everything ended up in the right rooms at the new home. They were very reasonably priced and really lovely guys. I think so many of us realise how wrong you can get it with a removalist that when you get it right you can hardly believe it!
