Not good. My booking was delayed for a week after multiple attempts to schedule a time. Once the tech arrived (late) he calls me back after finishing and after he leaves I realised he didn't complete most of the things I requested. I found pieces of hair, stains and sent an sms to see if anything could be done about this, maybe a fix or a partial refund but I was ignored. I left special instructions and even wrote down cupholders even though its mentioned in their package already but it was not even wiped down. Could have done a better job myself for cheaper. The car was also already fairly clean to begin with, there were only a few simple instructions and they couldn't be followed.

Booked with them in 2024 and got a sub-standard wash. Tried in 2025 but they moved the booking on me due to an excuse so I had to cancel, and then tried again in 2026 and they cancelled on me after the booking start time. Terrible.

After leaving a previous review regarding my roof lining repair, I wanted to provide an updated review based on my recent experience. I’m happy to say that the team reached out and took the time to properly address the issues I had. The roof lining has now been re-done, and the quality of the work is a huge improvement. Everything is holding up well, including around the front lights where it had previously come loose. I really appreciate the effort to make things right and the professionalism shown throughout the process. It’s clear they stand by their work and care about customer satisfaction. Thanks again for resolving the issue I’m much happier with the result now and would consider using their services again.

I had my roof lining replaced a year ago, and still looks as good as the day it was installed. Despite my schedule being very tight, Schmicko were able to accomodate and work with me to arrange a timeframe. The technician who arrived was punctual and very well mannered. There was also an internal plastic trim that was out of place, that he so kindly fixed without me saying anything (even though I thought it was broken and had been like that for over a year). There was a slight issue I had once I looked over the finished job, and the technician insisted on fixing it as I thought it was too much of a bother for something so small. All in all, very lovely people to deal with.
