A huge thanks to Ria James and Ross. They are a pleasure to associate with. The electric gate installation was seamless and works perfectly! The whole process was clockwork from start to finish! They even put two new panels in our existing colorbond fence on the side at no extra cost!! Totally recommend them.

Actually I would give James and his team 6 stars plus. Jame,s and his team were so professional, everyone knew what they had to do and they just worked together so well. I have a 50mtr fence and needed it replace fast because I have a dog. James and his team worked thier butt off and it was pulled down and new fence put up in less than 2 days. They took into account what we needed and nothing was to much trouble, they tidy up as they went along. They done such a great job I would highly recommend them before going elsewhere. Sydney Fence and Gates were also round the same price as the other 3 quotes we had, so they don't over charge but the job they did was outstanding.

The installation of the gate went well and it looks great however the lock doesn't work, meaning you can't open and close the gate until the team come and fix it. This makes putting the bins out and getting the lawn mower out impossible unless we go through the house. Despite patiently ringing up multiple times over a month to get someone to fix it, the woman at the office on the other end of the phone is extremely dogmatic and rude and will not send someone out. I have never dealt with someone so horrid who is running a business and takes no accountability for the product being broken. Ringing up patiently to see if they were going to be in the area this week and getting yelled at with not even a chance to get a word in is not an ideal way to treat paying customers. Hanging up on your customers is a terrible way to run a business. Take the risk going with SFG if you want a good gate but to not to be able to use it and get yelled at in the process.
