My house has a lot of glass, including several leadlight windows and windows on an upper storey, which requires a long ladder. All of these were left sparkling clean, the fly screens cleaned, and the leadlight in my front door cleaned, the tiny windows surrounding it as well as the screen door. There seemed to be a smear along one of the upper storey windows. The technician willingly took out the big ladder again to clean the smear. Both technicians were professional, polite, and pleasant to deal with. Yet another excellent experience with Shimmer.
