It’s been over 11 years since I had my braces removed by Dr. Gareth Ho, and I recently returned because the glue on my fixed retainer had come off. The team was incredibly accommodating and fit me in quickly. I was so impressed by the advanced technology they now use – they showed me detailed 3D images of my teeth that gave me a clear and reassuring update on my alignment. Dr. Ho and his team took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt completely at ease, especially since I was a little worried about my teeth shifting. The new clinic in Ashfield is absolutely beautiful – colourful, modern, and calming. The staff are as lovely and professional as ever. So grateful for the continued care after all these years. dont pick up phone calls, stupidly expensive, will fine ways to charge u for literally anything like rescheduling, which i understand but ridiculous prices. cant even change orthos cuz way to deep into procedures.
