Great experience with Sip energy for a battery installation (Dec 2025) Ian (Sales) came for a house assessment, listened to my requirements, and discussed battery-placement logistical issues with the technical team and owner, Nick. They were the only team offering a quick installation turnaround and in quickly sourcing the battery I wanted. I did not feel pressured in oversizing, as it occurred with other companies. The installing team was punctual, friendly, polite and clean and the installation was satisfactory, and as I expected. Some post-installation meter reading (software) issues were resolved by the team, who liaised with the manufacturer. Nick was available to discuss issues and organised an on-site review: I felt reassured that they would provide any additional support I may need in the future. The battery is performing well after 2 months. I am very happy with the installation.

Had extra solar panels and a Sungrow 19.2 battery installed by SipEnergy. The whole process, from quote to installation, went well, although there was a bit of a misunderstanding about the "blackout" option. Nonetheless, Theo, Briony, Nick, Mo and Zoltan are all very professional and I would recommend SipEnergy to anyone thinking of installing solar panels and battery. Keep up the good work.
