These guys have been great from the start. They turned up quickly when our aircon died to diagnose the issue, provided a repalcement quote the same day(our old system was 15+ years old and unsaveable), and followed up regularly. Their quote was competitive (we tested it), and they installed within a week of us paying the very reasonable 20% deposit. They were always pleasant to deal with, very responsive and left the work area clean and tidy.

My wife contacted Bill to come out and give us a quote to install ducted air conditioning in our house. Bill came out and gave us a great price and went with it. Bill gave us a date to install the air conditioning system. Mustafa, Youssef and Sultan came out and installed our system. They were very nice, professional and were very tidy with the job. He said the guy for the quote would turn up 8am he was there at 8am same with the installers. They did a great job, left the place clean, brought drop sheets for walking on the carpets.
