Sam from Smiths Pest control was amazing. He was so patient and diligent when spraying my mum’s home. The work and time needed was more than expected but he didn’t rush, he was particular and dedicated to fixing the pest problem. We were after a new Pest Control team after being with a larger name for many years and experiencing a rapid decline in service and quality. We contacts Smiths and spoke to Sylvia. The process was simple and straightforward, and what was very welcoming was the competitive quote. Sam came out and treated our property with a professionalism that larger competitors failed in. His advice in regards to rodent management (it was refreshing to have a technician actually get up into our roof…and not use one of our chairs to stick their head into the man hole only to tell us ‘I don’t get into roofs’) and proceed to properly investigate the area, give great advice and provide an effective solution.
