This company took our deposit, came to the job site, realise they are not capable of completing the job, says "oh no i have to refund you", but then now it's over half year they said refund is still in progress. This company is a shame!!!

I regret choosing Solahart for my solar and battery installation because the after-sales service and follow-up have been extremely poor. My battery was installed in July 2025. Soon after installation, there were communication issues between the inverter and battery. I later learned that Solahart had failed to install a communication cable between them, despite the distance being too great to rely on a wireless connection. It then took more than three electrician call-outs, two battery failures and replacements, and eventually a SolarEdge technician visit before the problem was properly identified. The SolarEdge technician diagnosed it almost immediately. When Solahart finally sent an electrician to install the communication cable, the wiring was done incorrectly, and I am still waiting for this to be fixed. Just yesterday, the electrician said he would attend, but did not show up and has not replied to calls or messages. As a result, my battery has only been functional for around 2 months out of the 9 months since installation, causing me close to $1,000 in additional electricity costs. I have been patient and have given Solahart repeated opportunities to take responsibility and resolve the issue, but this has now gone well beyond what is reasonable. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution prospective customers about relying on Solahart for timely support, accountability, and problem resolution.

The system is 5 years old, then in Nov 2026 found out one panel not doing good, reported to the service department they replaced with second hand panel just as bad as my old one they told me in January 2026 they will replace it with a new one still waiting, their excuse is can't find installer to do the job and have no idea when they will attend to my job so in the mean time I'm losing so many kw sinceNovember 2025, the inverter is good so are the panels but service does is not working. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
