Quote / Invoice No.: QU 5348 I engaged Solar Galaxy for a solar-related service and paid $300 AUD under the above quote number. From 05/03/2026 onwards, communication became inconsistent. Follow-up emails on 05/03 and 06/03 received no response. Between 06/03 and 07/04 2026, I made repeated attempts to obtain updates. Responses, when provided, only requested 1–3 additional days, with no substantive progress delivered. The company stated installation would be arranged within 15 days and completed within 4–8 weeks of acceptance, subject to standard industry exceptions. However, no installation date was ever scheduled, and no evidence of DNSP submission or progress was provided. 07/04/2026, I was informed by phone that emails had been received and that the DNSP process would take around 20 minutes, with updates to follow. No further updates were received. 17/04/2026, I requested clarification regarding their stated Friday refund processing schedule, but received no response. The refund has not been processed and no resolution has been provided. This review is a structured, time-stamped record of events intended to ensure transparency and assist other customers in evaluating service reliability and refund handling practices.

Install was ok but do not expect any aftersales service. Having a few niggles and they do not care and are doing nothing to fix. Find a different company don't use them if you wants service after install

Solar Galaxy provides a complete solar system solution. They have a very competitive pricing against all other solar system provider. They installed my solar system very closed to the agreed date. There are a number of issues I have encountered which is why I only gave them only 3 stars. I belive Solar Galaxy can still improve on the following issues. 1. quality of the installation. I have found a damage connection on the Main Circuit breaker. However, it was corrected after more than a week since the complaint was raised. 2. The response time through email on my complaint was not as quick as I expected, because I have to provide a follow up email before I got a response. 3. When I dialled the Solar Galaxy phone number usually it goes to voice mail box, which is sometimes frustrating. Having said that, I still recommend Solar Galaxy if you are looking for a very competitive solar system in the market, if you can tolerate the minor inconveniences when dealing with warranty.

The WiFi connection went down on our Alpha system after an overnight update from the European Center. I contacted Solar Galaxy operations manager. Hana Wilson about this issue. She responded immediately with an update and confirmation the issue would be addressed asap. True to her word the connection was fixed with hours. I really appreciated the high service commitment from Solar Galaxy.

Had my solar upgraded along with buying a battery through Solar Galaxy. It was a mostly positive experience. Victor, the sales associate, was a pleasure to deal with and always ensured I got the best deal possible and was looked after. The installation resulted in a hiccup or two, but all was taken care of in the end and I've been enjoying the fruits of it all in the electricity bill credit I now earn.
