Solar Junction were excellent great price and great product. Mia was great at getting all the info, designing the system and providing sales assistance. Glen was excellent with the install team. The system was install on the specified date and is very clean and neat. The install contract Richard, Steve and his roof team were so good to deal with.The system has saved us a lot of $ over the last few days since install.... highly recommended.

Can not recommend Solar Junction Enough. In particular, Victor, Glen, Hudson and Keith the installer. We had multiple issues with the energy provider and solar junction was there pushing for resolve and sorting everything out in the back ground. Big shout out to Keith as well, I don’t think you can get a more knowledgeable installer in the bay! Bravo team at Solar Junction

Called for a quote and they have only offered me Fox ess Batteries at an extortionate price or $9.5k for a 42 kw battery, had previous quoted for the same at $7.5k and is saying its a sellers market. And will not offer any other makes of batteries till 1st may. Basically getting rid of old stock and old technology at extortionate prices. Disgusting...

I have worked with Solar Junction for 2 projects in last 5 years. They are very competitive and helpful. Quality of installation is clean as well. Great customer service. Only holding 1 star for slight delay in installation to provide room for improvement. But I undertstand demand right now. Anyway whole job was completed over 2 days within 1 week.

Very disappointing experience. I received a quote that was clearly stated as valid for 7 days. I accepted the quote, paid the deposit on day 4, and sent through the payment receipt as requested. Shortly after, I was informed that the price had increased and that my payment would be refunded — with the refund taking up to two weeks. This is extremely unprofessional. Honouring agreed quotes is basic business practice, and changing terms after taking a deposit is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend others think twice before dealing with this company. I will be escalating this matter to Fair Trading.
