Had a great experience with Solar Land who installed solar battery and additional solar panels. Kamruzzaman was awesome to deal with, very open, honest, and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. He explained all the options clearly and helped me understand the pros and cons, which made the decision much easier. Really impressed with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Extremely disappointing experience with this solar company. The after-sales service is the worst I’ve experienced. It appears to be just one person running the whole business, and he neither responds to messages nor returns calls. I’ve been trying to reach them for over a week regarding an issue with my inverter, but there has been absolutely no response. I’ve seen many 5-star reviews for this company, but given my experience, I seriously question their authenticity. Promises were not delivered, and the service has been completely unreliable.

Total scam. The guy is insanely neglectful. Told me would install Jinko panel but installed some other brand. Charged me more at the end telling me this and that. He knows how to play with words. A lot of people have trusted him, for me he is not worth the trust. Update: You never receive call and always busy. After sales service worst, first of all hard to get any kind of reply. Honestly, you even don’t realise your customer. Keep doing this and you will end up lots of 1 star soon.
