I have installed Fox ESS L9 42kwh last month from Solar National. I've sent clear photos for installation area to the sales agent. I got the proposal from their AI agent with full detail quote including datasheet and AC cable run information. Sales representative Vivek followed up and signed up on next day. Installation scheduled on very next day and it was all installed in 4 hours. The installation team from Solar National super professional. I am really glad that I choose Solar National for battery installation. Irene from customer care sent me all warranty documents and CCEW after installation. Avoid Solar National. Our 3-phase system with a 50kWh battery has never worked properly — their own electrician confirmed the inverter fault, meaning the battery hasn’t discharged at all. We’re still paying electricity bills like we don’t even have solar. Weeks later, there’s been no fix, no updates, and no response to calls to resolve. Extremely poor product and service, with zero after-care.

I got quotes from 3 different providers for Jinko panels, Fox Inverter and 42kwh Fox battery. Suresh from Solar National came for site inspection and took the measurements for battery system installtion as per compliance. They even did my meter box upgrade. Installer Vipul and his team were very efficient and explained me everything during and after installation. Special thanks to Raj as i was very confused with EV car charger but he explained me the features of Zappi Fast charger (Made in UK) and just delivered to my place on the day of installtion. I am very happy with overall service from Solar National. Small team but very knowledgeble and extremely professional. I have already recommended to my other friends.

I got my solar system from Solar National and recently upgraded to a Sigenergy 40kwh battery system. It was more expensive than other models, but I got a $14k government rebate. It's connected to Amber and works really well. I don't rely on the grid when I use my aircon or run the pool. It's a beautiful system, and Vipul and his team from Solar National did a great job installing it. I'm really happy with the overall service and highly recommend them.
