Very poor experience. Never dealt with anyone like this before. The home battery inverter has been repeatedly tripping, causing the system to go offline multiple times. This issue was reported with supporting error logs, but it was dismissed and he blamed on my electricity retailer, who had actually identified the issue early. Problems started within days, yet no one attended the site despite a 10-year workmanship warranty. After the initial contact, there was limited follow-up or support. We were desperate as we were left to troubleshoot ourselves and sought advice from the installers, licensed electricians, and the manufacturer. Based on their feedback, the issues appear related to the installation, including undersized cables and a mismatched breaker that doesn’t meet minimum product requirements. There were also issues with the backup circuits. The installer was not initially informed, and it was disputed whether it was included in the quote. After clarification, it was installed, but the system provided was manual rather than the automatic agreed in writing. Requested to upgrade cables size etc to meet minimum products installation requirements, but got rejected. All the issues are still left for our family to deal with. Not recommended.

Would highly recommend Solar Vertex for their professionalism, personal and dedication in putting their customers at ease. My advice, do some research on what powerage you need. Besides quotes, have someone visiting your home to see if the installations, where, what etc is right for your home and for the day of installations it goes as smooth as possible. Be prepared, there might be slight changes on the day of installation. Here's my take - Unlike some, after numerous quotes from door knockers shonky appointments and quotes (my point of view only - stay away from the "we are in your area and only for the first 50 customers for a limited time" deal). The one's that also recommending a system under sized, when they know themselves it's too small. Stay away from those that give you a quote basically without even visiting your place, especially those who thinks that from their app they utilising is 100% that will be for your home without even stepping foot into your premises. Oh, stay away from those that lied that they called you..umm there's call logs on mobiles if you haven't notice. Solar Vertex from quote, onsite inspection, to face to face chat, emails, phones were professionally done. Out of all quotes, none have even properly goes through the process (some of these were high 5 stars rated companies). We have our system put in by Solar Vertex last week and it's been smooth sailing since then. After-sales enquires were answered promptly and not left in the dark. Another tick! Definitely a company I will be dealing with again for further upgrades. ****** 2 YEARS LATER ******** Contacted Solar Vertex for a quote for an upgrade to our 10kw batteries. After 2 years running, we knew that the 10kw served us well and there was a path for upgrade. Unfortunately the battery maker no longer produce those batteries. We opt for the suggestion from SV with a newer system without the removal of the original batteries/system. It was a change over to another inverter with a 41.9kw batteries/10kw inverter. Bringing it up to total of 52kw both combined. Funnily, just after the installation completed - we had nothing but rain and cloudy days. Each day, the system managed to bring the new batteries up to near or pass 50% charged. We are so happy with the results considering to NO sun in sight, fully overcast, rain etc. with normal usage. From the evening of the installation completion, 4 days straight, we are totally off the grid power. WHOOP WHOOP! 🤭🤭🤭 Can't wait till we get normal full sunny days!

Not the best company to go with.. very bad experience .. pay the extra dollars and go with Well established companies you will have peace of mind they would not respond .. nor take ownership and responsibility for the work.. don’t waste your money

I would strongly suggest thinking carefully before going with this company. The battery system was not installed properly from the beginning. The data cable was missed during the initial installation, and the smart meter was also not installed at first. On top of that, my EV charger keeps tripping after the installation. I was told that Bhuvan is licensed, however I do not believe he is a Level 2 technician qualified to open the meter box and install the smart meter. Please be aware and do your due diligence before choosing this company.
