Dealing with Tanvir Tanim of Solar World was so easy, enjoyable and an experience that I will never forget. Hardly would you find a customer service representative who is very pro-active yet transparent when I engaged him. My daughter was very happy with my choice of who should install the solar battery for her. I would not hesitate to recommend Solar World, especially with Tanvir as your solar power expert, in any of your solar panel and battery needs.

This is a bullshit and unreliable company to dealt with. The salesperson Ryan is not contactable after paying the deposit. Their support phone is bullshit. There is only agent there to take your call and said they will pass the message to solar world. When you tell them it is urgent,they never replied. They promised your installation will be done in 3 weeks but it has been over 6 weeks and no installation. Asked for refund and they promised will be done in 5 days but after that still not done yet. Don't bother to deal with this company as it is just a waste of time.

If there was less than one star these guys would get it, we paid the deposit months ago (before Xmas) and Solar World still haven't installed our battery system, every excuse like they are are working on it but after 5 months you got to realise they aren't doing anything, the person I'm dealing with now saying I've pulled out (I'd like to see how i did that), absolute bullshit of people and they don't really care. Make the refund if you aren't going to install the quoted and promised battery system.

Robert Trifunovski 4:05 PM (0 minutes ago) to me I got a quote for a 32kw battery and then changed to to 42kw and we agreed via text with this company to supply the upgarded battery for $6,000 all in. I explicitly confirmed the size and price, and their representative replied “yes all okay.” After that, they sent a updated quote with a increased price for the 42kw battery, however still showing as 32kWh system, that i missed. So the Installer arrived with the wrong battery, so the installers did not fit the battery, packed there stuff and left. The same day i called the solar world, they told me the sales person made a mistake and that they can not honour the deal.. I text the sales person and he replied that will need to pay a further $1,400 to get the agreed system. Since I told them that that was not acceptable, the company has stopped responding to my messages. I have all of this in writing. I’m now escalating the matter through NSW Fair Trading. I would strongly recommend getting everything clearly documented before proceeding with this company. I feel what they did was underhanded. Also to add salt to the wound the installer damaged the render on my property, and drove off saying will came back and fix, only they never came back.

This company is a complete disaster, I had my order confirmed in early February. I had to chase daily for an installation date. I was eventually contacted Tuesday for last minute installation for the Friday, I agreed and my partner cancelled work to accommodate. My installing was cancelled, tradesmen didn’t show, without notification. I had to contact multiple people from the company to find this out. Now, a month after my cancelled installation and daily chasing on my behalf, I have been informed that my Solar World will be cancelling my order. With only 2 weeks left of April and months of being led on, I am no longer eligible for this years government rebates, costing me thousands more with an alternative supplier/installer after May 26. Solar World have still not refunded my deposit. Solar World also changed my solar panel brand to that quoted for. Do not order any products or services from this company, extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service

I was very satisfied customer during installation but now my inverter is faulty from last two months and chasing up to fix it but Reshma from you team is not responding to messages or calls. I am paying more than $300 on monthly electricity bills because of my solar not working. How long does it take for you guys to work on warranty.
