We had an excellent experience when we decided to install a Sigenergy solar battery and gateway with Solarpro. We spoke to James and Josh extensively to work out our requirements, ensure it was compatible with our existing solar system and to develop our quote. Once our quote was finalised, the process ran smoothly to organise our installation and this took a little less than half a day on-site. We had a few software issues post-installation with Sigenergy's mobile app but Solarpro contacted us the next day and assisted us to resolve. I would definitely recommend Solarpro and would choose them again.
