NRMA informed us on Monday that Steamatic was going to call us to follow up with our claim. No contact from Steamatic for a whole week. We then called NRMA on Friday to follow up. NRMA contacted Steamatic on the spot and told us that they would contact us on Friday. Once again, that did not happen by 5 p.m. I actually called them around 4.45, was hold for 20 mins. I doubt anyone would still answer calls after 5.05 pm. So I jus hung up. I don't understand how they can claim themselves to be a 'Australia's most trusted' business. Steamatic is not trustworthy when they said they'll make contact but did not do so for 2 times now.
