I called and scheduled two separate appointments with this company, and they no-called no-showed both times. The first time we kind of shrugged it off since it was a hurricane day even though we thought it was a little weird that no one ever even called to reschedule or say they weren't coming. They were very kind and apologetic about the oversight and rescheduled me as quickly as they could for 9am today. Again - no call, no show. I called to ask if they were still coming a few times today and nobody ever picked up the phone. I'm bummed, they seemed so nice on the phone.
