I recently contacted Sydney Art Flooring to quote and complete sanding and polishing of my timber floors. They were competitive in pricing. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The process was easy from start to end. All aspects of the job were discussed clearly and effectively. My timber floors are 25 years old and they’ve never looked better in appearance and finish. I thank the team for making this process easy and satisfying. If you’re considering in refinishing your floors, I wouldn’t go past this company. Shout out to Rashad who was all over the entire project to ensure customer satisfaction was met and guaranteed. Truely a professional team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience with sales representative Rashad from this company was extremely disappointing. The team arrived on site on the scheduled installation day but informed me that they were unable to proceed with the carpet installation due to illness. During the discussion, it also became clear that the installer did not have the proper preparation or materials required for the job, and the installation approach they proposed raised serious concerns about the quality of the workmanship. Because of this, I decided not to proceed with their installation. I asked them to simply leave the carpet materials at the site, and I would arrange another installer myself to complete the work. At the time, the company agreed that the labour cost would be refunded since the installation was not carried out. However, despite this promise, the refund has never been processed. In Sydney it is actually quite rare to encounter a business that fails to honour a clear commitment like this. The service was unprofessional, communication was poor, and the company did not demonstrate the reliability or workmanship expected for a renovation project. And the person show no respective no value in building good customer relationship. By saying they dont really care about small job. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

If you’re looking for new carpet / rug or floorboards… do yourself a huge favour and look further! There must be 100’s of companies that provide a similar service and at the same time leave you feeling like you have dealt with decent, honourable people. The more people I speak to the more negative feedback I hear about Rashad and the experience of dealing with Syd art flooring. Clearly they place little to no value on building long term relationships and repeat business. My only advice would be to steer well clear.
