My husband called at 9am on a Saturday and spoke with Ali, who kindly asked us to bring the car in despite how busy weekends can be. We really appreciated his transparency from the start. He set realistic expectations and didn’t overpromise, which gave us a lot of confidence. Ali was just as easy to talk to in person, which made the customer service experience even better. He took the time to assess the issue and, to our surprise, was able to fix the problem the same day. His honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. Amazing service! Needed a new alternator right before the Christmas break to go away camping and Huss was the only one who fit me in (while others told me there were completely booked out until January) and get the car fixed within a day. Such a superstar! Very greatful and can't recommend enough!

One thing to describe this shop. "Honest" Hass and Ali are remarkably great doing there job, they are also that type of people who give you a cheaper and better option first so it won't break your pocket. Service price are reasonable also. Will definitely go back here.

Hands down the best mechanics I've ever been to! Not only is the service efficient and exceptional but they're also very warm & welcoming. After damaging my tyre on a pothole they were able to quickly change my tyre out for me & did some safety checks to make sure everything was alright. They truly do go above and beyond, my car was vacuumed and cleaned while they were fixing the damage. Sydney Automotive & Auto Electrical have gained a lifelong customer, I'm so glad I found them!
