The experience i had was sub par. The enquiry service is an 'unmanned service' - owners words. Estimates are shot off incorrectly. They don't provide a solid quote that they could ever actually 'beat by 10%' - so im not entirely sure why they even list it as such. The owner Adam seems to have a serious attitude problem and is faster to send a bill than he is to actually read through quotes specs, the photos provided or requests from the client. Was accused of trying to mislead his team because apparently asking someone to site to verify the quote is 'misleading'. Seems if they dont like what they hear and no works are carried out, you'll still get an invoice and the threat of debt collectors. Incredibly poor service and we didnt even get past phone calls. Cannot warn you off this place enough. There's cheaper and easier to deal with in Sydney. Save yourself the stress.

We've used Sydney City Rubbish Removal twice now. They worked efficiently, and made the whole process of clearing unwanted office junk completely stress-free. Large bulky items are never turned down, they will handle it all. (ARITA)
