We had a large garage door that was very tightly installed. The sales guy told us that you can't get parts for this motor anymore. (Which was a lie after I found that they can get parts). The install went horribly wrong. The new motor wouldn't fit, so they had to move the roller. The motor was struggling, but they said it was normal. A week later, the while roller door came off the runners. They should've refused this job, but instead chose to give it a go. They don't know how to install roller doors; they can only install motors. They did come back to try to fix it, which is nice of them, but it's still not running as smoothly as before. It's left in a worse condition than previously. They might be ok if you have a straightforward job, but overall, I'm still not 100% happy with how the door is operating.
