I would like to let people know this is a bit of a hit and miss company ,not the first time I have dealt with them , we had a full roof restoration with them early 2025 , we have noted leaks marks on our ceiling in different areas and after no less than 5 phone calls we finally had someone arrive this morning and to our surprise it’s not their problem, could be this could be that didn’t know excuse after excuse even question weather was to blame , nothing resolved just a suggestion paint over it. Thanks for nothing .

We had our whole roof tiles with Colourbond with the SGRR recently and happy with the communication, timeliness, friendliness and professionalism of the whole team, including Elmer, Roman, Jim, Darcey, Michael, Jack and others. Despite some tricky aspects of the site, especially the narrow and long driveway and the many detailed elements required on the lower level of the roof, the team handled these with thoughtful planning and workmanship. They accommodated our request for add ons and explained things when we had questions. We had compliments from our neighbours on how professional they were while working on site. We recently had our old tiled roof replaced by a new Colourbond and Klik Lok roofing system by Sydney Gutter & Roof Restoration Pty Ltd. Jim, Dylan, Jake and the rest of the team were excellent. The boys got stuck in and made great progress, and although we lost two and a half days of work to rain, still managed to complete the job in just under two weeks.
