Boy did I have a day the other day. I had to replace locks on the front door, get new keys cut and sort out new fobs for my car. One call with Alejandro and everything was sorted. He research specifics around my car, organised new security keys and a lock replacement for my home, no surprises, prices as communicated and all complete 4 hours after my first call. Thanks team! 10/10 Highly recommend

Incredibly poor experience and absolutely abysmal customer service. Had to go through this company to get a new pair of keys because strata locks us in. The order was submitted start of December and it took almost 7 WEEKS and $150 to get a set of duplicate keys. At some point they went on holiday and shut down without communicating anything at all. I had to follow up many times and having to go through the strata company only made things harder. As the other reviews have noted - they barely ever pick up the phone and the customer service person is downright rude. Would not recommend.

Asks for supply and fit a single deadbolt quoted $720 went to Bunnings got one for $85 put it on myself. I would be getting a second quote before using this mob 😡

Called this locksmith for access to a locked bathroom door. While access was gained, we were left with a bathroom door that no longer locks and no longer shuts properly. Once the locksmith identified the lock had failed, no explanation, options, or pricing to fix it were discussed, and the job was finished leaving the door in a worse functional state than before they arrived. I followed up in writing, clearly and reasonably, seeking a resolution. No response was ever received. Issues can happen - poor communication and no follow-up shouldn’t. Very disappointing experience from a local service.

Terrible service, the person on the phone got impatient when I asked him twice about how long they would take to get to my apartment, and said:” you know what, I don’t feel like coming.” Would not recommend to anyone who’s in urgent need of unlocking their doors. Never had worse experience than this.
