I have been with Sydney Pelvic Clinic for the past 18 years since my first pregnancy and complications including pubic dehiscance . Angela James is a wonderful physiotherapist and has a group of amazing staff around her who really understand pelvic disorders, all the Physio‘s there are well trained .
I still attend weekly 1:4 physio led pilates sessions to compete strengthening exercises and avoid injury.
This clinic is also 100% recommended by me to so many of my patients as I also work in maternity services !
Well done Angela , what a great service !

After my first pregnancy I had a huge abdominal spearation issue and decided to consult. The team put together a plan and I started attending 4 on 1 session. 6 months later the gap was gone. That was 4 years ago and I haven't missed a four on one class since then. I absolutely love doing Pilates there. The group is small (up to 4 people)so it feels friendly and you get the tailored exercise and attention you want to work and improve your specific problems. I'll continue going for many years to come!

My massage with Tina was exceptional. She’s a super intuitive practitioner with an incredible skill set and healing hands. I’m 5 months post partum and very in need of releasing tight baby carrying muscles. She checked in with me regularly during the session and this made me super comfortable. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I highly recommend Sydney Pelvic Clinic if you’re after a wholistic and trauma informed physiotherapist. I attended the clinic to seek treatment for an overactive bladder. All the staff that I interacted with were kind, professional and generous with their time and attention. My treating physiotherapist, Giulia Casson, is an incredibly knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and trauma informed practitioner. I felt safe with her as she took the time to get to know me and patiently explore the circumstances that led me to develop the problem. Giulia provided a range of tools that allowed me to participate in the investigative process with openness, willingness and curiosity. Her wholistic approach got to the root cause, so that I could develop an understanding of the drivers of my symptoms and the confidence to engage with a treatment that works for me. The entire process has done so much more than resolve my presenting symptoms, it has restored my connection to my body and helped regulate my whole nervous system. The treatment protocol has become a nurturing practice that I use throughout the day to remain grounded and mindful of the behavioural patterns that can throw me out of equilibrium. I am so grateful to Giulia and the team for this experience.
