ABSOLUTE SCAM. Called the company for a rodent removal from my AC unit. The guy comes out and says the cost is $550, I told him I was expecting less as their website says between $99-$199 for pest control services. The technician then lowers the price to $350 and finally $280. I unfortunately agreed and paid thinking he'd do a proper job BUT he only sprayed a small amount of chemical around my AC unit and said "The mouse will now run away when he smells it" and he left. 30 seconds to spray for $280, no baiting, no trapping, no checking where the mice might be coming in from. Absolutely disgusting company. I've had to hire another company now to come out and do the job that they were supposed to do in the first place. Use this as a cautionary tale and DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is an absolute scam. Avoid at all costs. I contacted them to remove a possum from my bedroom which had gotten in the window. The guy on the phone quoted me $400. His colleague arrived 45 minutes later, spent less than 5 minutes in the room, came out and informed me the possum was gone. Red flag should have been the empty trap cage. I assumed it went back out the window. He then charged me $900 for the “service” where he didn’t even do anything as the possum supposedly went out the window. And wouldn’t explain the difference with the price I had been quoted on the phone only to say it begins at $400. But he didn’t even do anything so I don’t know what the extra charges were for!! As a female alone in my apartment I felt under pressure to pay without argument. However! I then went to bed and shortly after discovered the possum was still in the bedroom! When I contacted the company they said it must have been a second possum. But there is no way that is the case as I had spent 30 minutes turning the room upside down trying to get the possum out myself in the first place so would have noticed a second possum! I feel like I’ve been scammed. Firstly for the lack of transparency around the quote I was given on the phone and what I was subsequently charged. Only for it to be exacerbated by the fact the service I had paid way over the odds for wasn’t even done properly! I repeat, absolute scam artists, avoid at all costs.
