Material quality, workmanship, ease of payment - 5 stars. Attention to details and follow-up/customer service - 3 stars. Overall 4 stars. I did request for the hole to be on the side and then (within a day) requested for it to be changed to the centre of glass. It was accommodated and confirmed via email and text message. Waited for 3 weeks (promised 2 - 3weeks) and still no response. Upon follow-up, it was found my order got missed. Within a couple of days, the installation happened. Old glass removed and when my order was taken in, the hole was NOT in the centre but to the side. Installer was pointing the mistake at the supplier without taking responsibility on Sydney Pet Doors (note - my dealing is with Sydney Pet Doors and not with the supplier). I accepted to have it installed as it worked fine with the blinds. On the other hand, if I declined then have to wait for another 3 weeks which would have been very difficult. I wasn't happy about the fact that due attention was not given to custom order and follow-up. No compensation offered even for courtesy sake. Would recommend but with a word of caution.
