From day one, their professionalism and expertise in pool building were evident, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Adrian took the time to clearly walk me through all the options and costs upfront, and the final result speaks for itself. From excavation through to installation and handover, everything ran exactly as promised. We had our pool installed by Sydney Poolscapes in December 2025 and couldn’t be happier with the result. From the very beginning, Adrian stood out compared to other well-known pool builders we spoke to. Some actually ruled themselves out due to the complexity of the job, but Adrian approached it with confidence, professionalism and a depth of knowledge that made us feel comfortable straight away. He made several thoughtful recommendations around the design, layout, tiling and overall finish that others simply didn’t consider, and those decisions really paid off in the final product. The quality is fantastic. The whole team, including Nathan, Mandy, Abby and everyone involved with the installation, were consistently helpful, proactive and easy to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout. We were always kept informed and up to date, and once contracts were signed, the entire process moved incredibly quickly and smoothly. It was honestly surprising how seamless everything was from that point on. Every milestone was met as promised. The team was reliable, hardworking and always courteous on site. Even the on-site workers spoke highly of Adrian, which says a lot about the kind of business he runs. To Adrian’s credit, we probably gave him a bit of a hard time during the contract phase, but he handled it with patience, honesty and a good sense of humour! He delivered exactly what he said he would, on time, within budget and with no surprises. Final sign-off was straightforward and stress-free thanks to the quality of the build and the clear documentation provided. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.
