I used this company last year & had no issues when Kim was managing it. Someone else is running it now & they are completely unreliable. I was told 2 cleaners for 2-3 hours, but one person showed up & said she had to leave 45 minutes later so I said there was no point. They contract out their cleaners - she was lovely & the contractor called hours later to apologise & make it up but he was given different instructions by this company. The owner didn’t answer the phone or texts and completely ignored me. Terrible experience this time around.
