I had wooden windows in a strata apartment to be repaired: 8 sash and 3 awning windows. Finding “Sydney Sash Window Expert” and contacting Patrick was the best experience. Patrick’s “can do attitude” gave me a lot of confidence that the job would be done well. As windows in some strata buildings are classified as common property, I obtain Strata approval. From there a date was agreed with Patrick. On the day, the job was brilliantly done, with a lot of attentions to details and making sure I was happy with the result. Windows that could not be opened or could not stay open, are now working properly: feels like a miracle has happened. I was very impressed with Patrick’s expertise, his willingness to explain how sash windows should work and how poor maintenance, paint build up, out of balance, can create issues and windows can stop working or become very stiff.
