Henry and his team really know what they’re doing. Despite my windows not being standard, Henry was able to identify the problem from some photos and give me a detailed quote. All terms and conditions and indicative pricing are fully transparent on the company’s website. On the day, the team turned up on time, inspected the windows, explained what would be required and reconfirmed the cost estimate - before work commenced. The work was done very efficiently and required some of the windows to be taken completely out of their frame. The workmanship was fabulous as the windows were reinstalled very neatly, with the frame only now needing a light paint touch up. It was clear the team is very experienced & extremely professional. All carpentry work was done outside on a temporary work table adjacent to their van. Internally, great care was taken to protect my floor & to clean the area thoroughly before they left.
