First time I called and spoke to Jane, she was really helpful and emailed me couple of doors to help with the entry door that we were looking for. When we decided what we wanted I made my second call inc emailing a photo of the door we were hoping to get custom made, it’s been a week later still waiting for a quote to which I called to follow up as I was told a day or two to receive the quotation. Both calls spike to Jane (Inc another colleague) were dealt with in a dismissive and non interested manner, very strange to get my first call to them was great but then after my first call no customer service, I then checked reviews and saw that there were a lot of similar issues So I have gone somewhere else and they couldn’t be more helpful

I ordered 10 custom made doors from SW after discussing with Neal at their store. It took several attempts to receive a full and correct quote, which made me somewhat unsure. However, the actual doors were well made according to the specifications and delivered on time. The requirement for full payment before delivery is not desirable, a final payment upon delivery would be better. The delivery person was very helpful, which made the process so much easier. I recommend visiting SW instore to discuss your requirements with them :)
