The Fencing Warehouse

I was extremely excited to come across this business. I emailed via their website and heard back later in the week. Karen, the sales rep, confessed it was in junk which is why it was delayed. She seemed nice and asked me to get some more info back to her, so I emailed later in the week. A week passed, no word. I called the Saturday (she was off) and the Monday, twice. I was told she was busy, I said I understand but just looking for confirmation that I’ll get emailed back. They couldn’t find the email. I email again while on phone. I call again Thursday. I was told Karen was on break and would call back. Karen calls and puts the blame on me saying last week spoke I told her I would email. I explained I had twice and called several times. She cut me off while speaking. I told her let me finish. I finish. Then she starts talking and says she’ll hang up on me if I don’t let her finish speaking. I did and I am ashamed of myself for allowing that behaviour. I said I was upset by the whole situation after the fact and she said she was too (as in angered, not apologetic). Gave me a number to send info to. Never once apologised. Horrible experience with Karen. Glad I didn’t purchase anything yet.
