Aside from the gentleman who did the job who was professional and courteous and did try his best I wouldn’t recommend this company. Primarily due to poor communication and not standing by their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Issues 1) Poor expectation setting- given they specify on their website that they cannot remove mineral or rust stains, but do not mention oil stains, I believe it is reasonable to expect oil stains would be removed when dealing with the cleaning of a driveway (they are of course very common/a guarantee on driveways). The oil stains were not removed at all. They also do not state that oil stains are not explicitly included in the price you pay. This was not discussed at the time of booking. Once again it is a driveway. I think it is reasonable to expect oil stains to be removed or at least explicitly stated that they will not be and a discussion had. 2) They specify 100% satisfaction guaranteed I mentioned I was not satisfied. They gave me a 10% discount which was really not enough for how poor the result was. 3) Furthermore they were quite rude about my concerns. When I mentioned I wanted to speak to my husband later that night about the outcome prior to final payment, I was initially told that was okay, Then ten minutes later the owner called back and very, very rudely stated “I’m calling for payment!” without introducing himself or giving contexts nor acknowledging the situation. 4) I was told by the tradesmen not to go on it for 3 to 4 hours. We left it overnight. I then drove on at the next day and tyre marks from my car. New tyre marks appeared on the driveway and will not wash away despite the driveway being sealed by them (which specifically mentions it will keep away tyre stains). When I contacted the company about how to clean this and if this was to be expected they stated I was not meant to drive on the driveway for 72 hours after application. This is very different from the 3 to 4 hours that was mentioned by the trades person who did the job. Despite sealing the driveway we have fresh tyre marks that I cannot remove less than 24 hours after application of sealant!! I would not book with this company primarily because of communication. If expectations had been set, I would’ve known what to expect and could’ve priced it in my head accordingly. Or looked for an alternative. After I raised my concerns, they mentioned that they only really can remove Algae type buildup- please read their website and see if that’s what they promote. It’s not. Do not believe the 100% satisfaction guarantee they claim. I mentioned I was unsatisfied and I was told I still needed to pay immediately.
