A delightful team at The Ortho practice. I have had two children that needed orthodontics at the same time. They were very accommodating allowing me to pay by the month. A great team of orthodontists, always willing to listen to concerns and explain in layman's terms what was happening during the process. Highly recommend.

Great service. I had a serious trauma to my teeth a few years ago which made my adjustment both tricky, and also left me with a lot of anxiety about any adjustments of my teeth. The staff were so great, very patient answering all of my questions and i am thrilled with the results. Highly recommend.

I didn’t have the best experience at this clinic. A year ago I was experiencing teeth grinding and also had to get my bottom inner mouth braces removed due to it impacting the health of my teeth. From the advice of my dentist I contacted this clinic and made an appointment to get a retainer that would help with my grinding and also keep my bottom teeth in place. During my appointment I clearly explained my needs and I felt these were dismissed with one of the orthodontists saying “if you have anxiety, you should move to Byron” which I felt was very dismissive and showing lack of care. Going into the appointment I thought I was only receiving one retainer for the bottom teeth and then I was told I needed a top one, soon realising that I was upselled a product I don’t need as my upper teeth haven’t moved since my braces were removed in my teens. Further to this, I was sold a product solely for teeth alignment and not for grinding. When I visited my dentist I showed them the product and they said this is not what you were asking for. You need a mouthgard not Invisalign. Even though I mentioned teeth grinding during calls and also during my consultation during this clinic visit no one gave me education about what I was actually getting and no one addressed my concerns of the teeth grinding. Now after a year both of my retainers have cracked and are no longer functional. I called the clinic and the receptionist advised you are probably grinding and that’s why they have cracked and you probably need a mouthgard. I am really disappointed at the lack of patient centred care. I don’t feel that I was listened to and I absolutely haven’t received any compensation from receiving a product that was redundant from the beginning.

We are having a brilliant experience here. My 8 year old son has braces and a plate. The staff have been incredibly kind and caring. They made him feel so at ease and took the time to explain every step of the process to him. I can't recommend this practice highly enough.

I had a fantastic experience with The Ortho Pracrice for my Invisalign treatment. They were competitively priced compared to other quotes I got and provided more value. The remote monitoring via the app saved me a stack of time and meant I only had to visit the clinic a couple of times - quite helpful when working full-time. I saw both Dr Zhang and Dr Baisi who were very experienced and didn’t rush along my treatment - they wanted me to be happy. All support staff were friendly and professional and easy to contact. I’m really happy with the results and only wish I’d done it sooner!
