I have contacted The Pied Plumber for a slow water leak I noticed under the kitchen sink. They responded quickly and organise someone to come and check it out the next day. Adam showed up and he has been the most genuine, transparent and honest plumber I have ever dealt with. He took his time to inspect the issue and carefully explained me step by step the possible causes and the available course of actions. I have also asked him to take a look at the bathroom sink and he carefully explained me the taps needed to be serviced. At every point in the conversation he never tried to oversell me something and in some instances even gave me recommendations against his own benefit. He ended up fixing the leak in the kitchen and the problem I had with the bathroom taps. It has been a very relieving experience to deal with someone down to earth as Adam and I felt he genuinely had my best interests at heart. I know I will look no further in the future and give them a call for any other plumbing issue I have. A service that truly deserves 5 stars.

Adam was amazingly generous with his time and expertise, installing a new tap for a kitchen in our house, as well as advising on some other bits and bobs around the home - highly recommend and our family will be using him again for sure!
