Exceptional service yet again. One of the doors we’d had repaired previously stopped gliding. In addition to that our screen sliding door had been pulled off it’s tracks by a feral cat that got stuck (true story. Weirdest experience of my life). Turns out they not only pulled the screen door off but they damaged the glass door as well and that’s why it stopped working. The repair was done quickly and efficiently and both doors work even better than before. If you have sliding doors that need some TLC, regardless of age, please do yourself a favour and contact The Window Guy. You won’t be disappointed.

We recently engaged TWG to address water overflow issues from our windows, and I’m very pleased with the overall experience. During the initial visit, after removing the first security grill, Michael (senior technician) identified significant gaps along the window perimeter. Based on this, he advised not to proceed with removing the remaining grills until proper sealing could be carried out. The team even went out to obtain additional sealing materials, and extra time was spent on site, with their assistant technician rearranging their schedule to stay longer and complete the necessary work. Jennifer from the scheduling team was very helpful in coordinating the follow-up visit. Despite their busy schedule, she managed to prioritise our job and arrange the earliest possible return date. Nat from the quotation team was friendly and patient, especially as our case was more complex and required further confirmation with management. Every time I contacted TWG, whether by phone or email, the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and clear in their communication. At no point did I feel like “just another customer” — the team genuinely took the time to assist and ensure the job was done properly. The final result has resolved the original problem, and I would not hesitate to recommend TWG to others.

I had two window winders I needed to replace. The window guy was quick to respond to my enquiry and the guy who came out was lovely and super fast - job done! I will say that dealing with the company felt very transactional. Following my enquiry I received a long text asking for measurements, photos and details of what I needed done. Quickly after comes the quote and a request for 50% upfront payment - no problems. Then closer to the fit date instructions text to remove furniture, blinds etc so nothing is in the way (or be charged additional fee) and then I received a final notice of the invoice to be paid 90mins before he arrived. I then received 2 phone calls chasing payment starting 30mins after he left. This is a high pressure billing tactic and made me feel distrusted and like i was some sort of flight risk customer. Didnt feel nice at all.
