The installation guys were fantastic of every detail, clean cut, very polite and professional at all times. Their attention to detail on every aspect was impressive. Yes they hard a few hiccups to be sorted to begin with, however a solution was quickly sorted and no extra cost to me. All rubbish was picked up and boxed as they worked, path was swept of small debris, they even carried their own hose to clean concrete dust up after cutting. I could not have wished for any more or better. Thanks guys

Had a terrific experience with think renewable. Edward on sales actually won me over years back when he door knocked us, worked through our bill and advised us we were doing fine with the small solar array we had and the plan we were on. He said a battery would help us but probably wasn't worth the cost right now. Needless up say when his colleague, Liam, contacted us last year up say that the govt deals meant it was a good time to get a battery, I was paying attention. I checked the think quote against all the websites etc and did find cheaper deals. But the companies quickly revealed themselves to be the dodgy brothers. I gave them a wide berth. Worked out a great system with Liam, assisted by Ed when Liam was on leave, and locked it in. Lovely communication by Saffron teeing up the install and working around bad weather. Tyler and the guys came to do the install and nothing could have been easier. They accommodated my finicky requests around where i wanted the battery to go and did it all brilliantly. The next day I realised they left a tile out of place - not ideal but mistakes happen. I have to admit I didn't notice at the end of the install! I called to report it and left as couple of messages as it was after 5 when i got home and noticed it. I had not one, not 2, but 3 staff get back to me within 30 mins, and next morning Indie was back and fixed it in a flash.

This was a really smooth process from start to finish. We were adding a battery after a few years of just Solar Panels. The sales rep was extremely helpful, with no pressure, and the install team under contractor Abdul Rahman were excellent. Great job.

During the sale process, I received fair and frank advice, which checked out with the other review sites and left me confident of the process. Nick and the team of installers were prompt, fast, quiet and very neat. In the week since the installation I have no complaints at all. Great work!

I was a bit sceptical at first. I still went through with the process. There was no hard selling. Everything Johnny said was truthful, and he was there to answer any questions any time I had any issues The installation came on time and did a good job. The batteries come with a 10 year warranty. The Finance company were excellent. I'm useless on computers, but they set me up with an app on my phone, which is useful for me to see everything. It's quite exciting to see how it all works - the feed into the battery, what you use and what goes back into the grid. I can't find fault with anything' yet, but since installation it's been raining, so I've yet to see the full benefit. At this stage (3 days post installation) I highly recommend it.
