Both were professional, efficient, and extremely careful with all our furniture. Nothing was damaged, and they took the time to ensure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. What stood out most was their attitude — calm, organised, and solutions-focused even when dealing with difficult items and stairs. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and will definitely be requesting them specifically for our next move.

Booked my move last month. Turned up late, at the wrong address. Spent over 8 hours moving 1 bedroom apartment 30 minutes away. 5 of us adults moved everything besides the big items like fridge, table, couch etc. So they had very little to move. Were incredibly slow on purpose as charging hourly, and were inexperienced (one guy had just arrived in country). When asked to go quicker they blamed fasting on slowness. They cited bad access - it was not, same level, parking in driveway and easy short walk into block with one step. For example, it took 2 of them over 40 mins to unscrew tv from the wall - my friend took over and did it in 2 mins. Tried to charge $1500 for a one bedroom move. Did you know that reviews can be paid for these days? Go figure. Worst removalists ever.

Would highly recommend Top Removals, Chedi and Edwin did an unreal job moving us an hour from Parramatta up to the Blue Mountains. They took the utmost care with all our belongings and were fast and efficient and took the stress out of our moving day. Thankyou so much again guys!

Awesome Removalist’s. Chedi and Tristian were fantastic didn’t have to ask for anything. Disassembled bed and put back together with ease no questions asked. Worked constantly and did everything with care. Connected washing machine and dryer without asking . Best crew ever . And had great tunes! Thankyou so much !
