Our engineer brought TR Building Solutions in to stabilise our foundations to our renovations when they were found to be unsuitable to our Ashfield home. As an Owner/Builder I relied heavily on the engineer and the builders to secure our foundations before the rain this week. This team was fast and efficient, and the work saved further costs. I can’t thank the team highly enough during this stressful process and whilst not available to assist on any further works they have always made them selves available for a video call during our renovations. In writing this review I hope others benefit from this team of professionals.

TR Building Solutions have recently completed a complex building project that involved extensive structural work to our nearly 100-year-old company titled building in Potts Point, which is in a listed heritage area. TR Building Solutions was awarded the contract after a competitive tender process. Throughout the whole project Rodney McNamara was readily available to discuss and resolve the various problems that arose given the age of the building; he also continually demonstrated very good interpersonal skills with the various members of the Carisbrooke community. Rodney worked closely with the supervising engineers TOP Consulting Pty Ltd (also excellent) and the Chair and Board of Directors. Rodney’s overall management of the various trades required to complete the project and attention to detail produced an outstanding result. We were recommended TR building Solutions to renovate our Leichhardt terrace; this needed the entire upper floor removed as well as the structural beams due to a leaking bathroom. TRBS quickly organised a Complying Development Certificate and within weeks we were moving out, they also performed the lower floor as the work progressed faster than planned. Due to the speed this took there are things we’d like to have changed but it was a great result by some great blokes. The work is pure quality.
